Scale Up VA Solutions was built on one shared vision — to empower both business owners and virtual assistants to grow together.

Our founder, Tina Jones, is a seasoned coach who has worked with business owners, leaders and realtors, helping them streamline and scale up their businesses since 1991. Through her coaching, she saw a common challenge: busy professionals struggling to do everything themselves. She knew that with the right support, her clients could focus on what truly drives growth.

With her long-time virtual assistants, Nika and Ady, they created Scale Up VA Solutions — a company dedicated to training, developing, and placing skilled virtual assistants who bring real value to the businesses they support.

With a degree in Engineering and years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Nika partnered with Tina Jones to build The Jones Company Coaching and Consulting. In just a few short months, their collaboration transformed the business into a thriving success—allowing Tina to focus fully on coaching while Nika expertly manages everything behind the scenes. Together with Tina and Ady, Nika now brings that same level of value to help others achieve the same kind of growth and success.

Ady, also having a degree in Engineering, has been working with a top luxury agent, contributing to a high-performing team that operates seamlessly and efficiently. Through this experience, she gained hands-on insight into what makes teams run smoothly and how to support them effectively. Now, alongside Tina and Nika, Ady helps business owners, leaders, and realtors find, train, and place Virtual Assistants who can step in confidently and make an immediate, meaningful impact.
